Professional Staff

Business Office Manager

The scope of services for this position include: full-cycle accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, bankreconciliations, journal entry posting, financial statement preparation), financial and ad-hoc analysis, budgeting and pro forma development, treasury and cash flow management, and comprehensive financial reporting.

 

This candidate would report to the Head of School and provide timely accurate financial reporting to the Board of Trustees.

Work Location: In person, University City, MO.   |   Salary: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year   |   Job Type: Full-time

  • QuickBooks Online Accounting Software

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

  • Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll Entry, Bank Reconciliation, Monthly Closing (PostingPrepaids, Accruals, lntercompany, etc.)

  • School platforms: TADS (admissions/financial aid)

  • Online payment platform (Jotform, Blackbaud, eTapestry, website integration)

  • Benefits Administration (Health, 40l k)

  • Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-4:00pm

  • Accounting: l-3 years (Preferred)

  • GAAP: l year (Preferred)
